I have a 2013RT, I get a ticking/fluttering noise when the hoax starts up and and the same noise when the engine Is off. I replaced the blower Motor resistor but I still get the same noise. I get plenty of heat and ac, the blower it’s out a good volume of air. Any ideas?? [email protected]
