No, Dodge tech support never replied or acknowledged any case or anything. I did get a couple of calls from phone operators (not case managers) about my request for help. I finally gave up on Dodge calling back. The dealer replaced the modules and now its working fine for the last few weeks. He told me they feedback the info to dodge and they may look into the OEM parts. But they don't involve the end users. Whtever that means. The other guy never called me back, so I don't know what happened to his 2018 with electrical problems.
