    Why the dealer told my wife there was not a update available,
    I can only guess they just didn't want to do it.

    I just checked and mine is showing 1 updated. Downloading it now

    i rather they do it. I don't trust doing it at home. If I brick the radio Im sure Ill get screwed over and wont be covered.

    I would be surprised if their own updated bricked it, but I get what you are saying

    see they brick it. its their problem. Give me a loaner bitches and Ill see ya later when its fixed

    No, Dodge tech support never replied or acknowledged any case or anything. I did get a couple of calls from phone operators (not case managers) about my request for help. I finally gave up on Dodge calling back. The dealer replaced the modules and now its working fine for the last few weeks. He told me they feedback the info to dodge and they may look into the OEM parts. But they don't involve the end users. Whtever that means.

    The other guy never called me back, so I don't know what happened to his 2018 with electrical problems.

    at least everything is working properly now. Hopefully it stays that way
