So.......the one thing I wasn't overly enthused with on the '16 Hellcat is that it didn't have the Harmon Kardon system. Albeit....HK wasn't overly stellar either.....but, it wasn't horrible.

I can't leave well enough alone. Alpine system......see ya. Time for some upgrades.

    Whats going into LOWKAT:
    - PAC Audio AmpPRO4 (AP4-CH41) - this interfaces with the factory system to provide RCA outs for the amplifiers to connect to. (simply put). Plug n play setup too!
    - QS Series 6" x 9" Coaxials - one set in the front doors, the other set in the rear deck
    - KXA400.4 Amplifier to power the 6x9s
    - 2x 10" CompQs
    - KXA1600.1 Amplifier - to power the subs
    - Kicker wiring (1/0 gauge for the sub amp, 4 gauge for the 400w amp)

The work is being done by AutoExotica St. Louis - they share a shop with Habibi Motorsports (the shop that bagged the kitty).

The subs are going in the side pockets behind the tail lights. Its......well, they are too damn big. Fiberglass boxes are being made - and the spare tire cover is going to have to be modified to fit (as these will cover part of that).

Few pics of the current state, boxes are in glass, looks like they are drying lol

Me either! I believe they are going with a false floor for the amps to sit under - to give me the most trunk space usable.

Hell, I want to hear it! lol

I’m still back and forth. One day I decide I’m definitely going to add the sub then one day the stereo sounds really good and I think...is it really worth the effort?
