I have the Mopar intake on my car. How is it cleaned? Wash it? Throw out when dirty and get a new one?

That link has all the info needed. It is a dry filter and doesn't need oil..and of course is washable

with the cleaning, its a situation where it would be nice to have two filters because you don't want to put a wet filter back on the car, and who wants to have their car sitting waiting on a air filter to dry

I have yet to wash my car with water..........literally.

I think its happened 2x - dealer prep.....and ceramic coating. I love the hood vents, but simply hate the fact that the water just pours in there.......ummm, hello, I want to keep a clean engine please.

That being said, I power washed the hell out of my blue car - I never saw suds on that one......from the hood area.
