Unless something unforeseable happens the Daytona is going bye bye this weekend. I’m gonna miss the Octane red Daytona package but I’m gonna have 392 reasons to get over it quickly lol.

Picking up a 2018 Charger Scat Pack that is basically fully loaded except for NAV. Not having NAV is not much of a concern since it has Apple car play and android auto.

Awesome upgrade. The 392 is a step up into a different world. You are going to love it. They had a MOPAR day here at our local drag strip recently and the stock Scat Packs were staying with the stock Hellcats in the quarter!! That must have been an issue for the Hellcat drivers who had to spend $25K - $30K more for their cars.

I am doing a little trading myself. I hate doing it but the 2014 Ram is turning into a 2018 Grand Cherokee 4x4 Sterling Edition next week. The regular cab truck has served me well but I need something smaller with 4 doors that my wife is also comfortable with as well. This will be the first time in 50 years that I will not have a pick up. That is going to feel very strange.

very nice on the upcoming upgrade the grand cherokee. I'm betting you will like it, and if you don't need the bed of a truck anymore you probably won't miss the ram much if at all.

as for the scat packs keeping up with the hell cats.....only thing i can think is that the hellcats were spinning too much off the line. Not taking anything away from the 392 by any means lol, but another 220 hp in the hellcat is going to make for a faster car.

Yep. If the Hellcat drivers can't hook up, they are not going to win races. I imagine the Demons don't have as much of a problem since they are designed as a factory dragster.
