    Hey Folks,

My Scat came with those terrible halogens.

    Upgraded to DDM Tuning 6500K.

Install was simple but thought i would show where i placed the components..

1st pic. (drivers side) i stuck on some 3M 10lb rated velcro on the back side of the ballast and on the top side of the headlamp assembly, slid the ballast in there and stuck it on..

2nd pic is the component connected to the ballast installed with 3M 10lb velcro under the headlight assembly..

    Zip Tied the error canceler

Drilled a 1 inch hole in the bulb dust cover, then took the extra step and sealed the gasket with silicone..

    Attached the blue ground wire

I haven't really driven at night yet but will report back. I went out this morning and noticed the pass side bulb was barely noticeable, came back home and the bulb was not screwed in properly..

    WTF. (incorrect )

Corrected.. You really gotta have small hands to get in there but I managed to get a few fingers in there... Probably would have been easier to go thru the wheel well..

Update: The 6500K's were a little too blue and had reduced light. I switched to 5500K which is significantly better, brighter!! 100% satisfied!

Did you ever take a pic of the 6500 and 5500 to do a comparison at night?
