    did you do this yet? Remember you don't have to have your car actually running (some people think you do)

    The update is easy...you basically sit for 20 or so minutes waiting for it to complete

    well yeah as of right now the update was a waste. Now Android auto doesn't work and none of the Uconnect services work.

    Although bluetooth works LOL ..... for now


    Should have left it alone

    So weird....did you try the reset like I said in txt?

    the screen reset yes twice, Also we went out for a while after the update to get the car thru a few car on/off cycles and get better LTE signal. Still nothing. None of the remote functions work from the app or the owners site too. Hopefully sitting overnight does something. Sometime this week pending weather Ill have to pull the negative cable and see what that does. I do know it will take a bit to update OTA

    As of now there is no ota uopdate for these cars...what do you mean but it reset twice? It did it on its own or you forced it?

    you can reset the radio by putting your finger on the passenger temp in the upper right hand corner and hold for 10 seconds or so and the radio resets/reboots

    i wonder the tazer had anything to do with this?
