    think its better than the CAI the Daytona's have, or does it open air to that corner?

    I'm not replacing the airbox or filter that came on the car, just putting the opening behind the grill and the duct that directs the air to the air box

    It’s not perfect at our air box since it’s not the enclosed one like on the hellcat but I’m gonna fab up something at work to seal up the opening and make the duct completely attach to it.

    Below is a picture I found on a Facebook group of someone doing this mod. In the picture on the right you can see how it’s not connected to the air box. At first mine will be similar but then I will fix that.

    What does this mod do to benefit the airbox? In my opinion i wish the airbox was closed. They so make one.

    this will help get more cold air into the engine. Our cars came with the Mopar CAI. The stock air box on the scat packs is closed.

    I am actually planning on making a custom cover for mine with some kind of design cut into it.
